Subscription FAQ

Log in to your NOURIQ account, go to My Subscriptions, and select Pause. You choose the pause duration — from 1 week to 3 months. You will not be charged during a paused period. Your subscription resumes automatically on the date you set, or you can restart it manually from your dashboard at any time.
Yes — anytime. Log in, go to My Subscriptions, and select Edit Plan. You can switch between Classic 6, Classic 12, and Family 30 at any point. The new pack size takes effect from your next delivery. There is no fee for changing your pack.
You are charged on the day of dispatch — not when you place the subscription. You will receive an SMS and email notification 24 hours before each charge, giving you time to skip that delivery if needed. Payment is processed via Razorpay using the card or UPI method you saved at signup.
Yes. In your account under Upcoming Deliveries, tap Skip This Delivery next to the order you want to skip. This can be done up to 12 hours before the scheduled dispatch time. Skipping one delivery does not affect your future schedule — the next delivery proceeds as planned.
Yes to both. You can change your preferred delivery day (e.g. from Tuesday to Friday) and your frequency (e.g. from weekly to fortnightly) from My Subscriptions → Edit Plan. Changes apply from the following billing cycle. If you need an immediate change, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll adjust it manually.
Our delivery partner will attempt to leave the package with your building security, a neighbour, or in a safe spot you designate in your delivery instructions. If delivery fails, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. Refer to our Shipping Policy for our full failed-delivery procedure and refund eligibility for undeliverable orders.
No minimum. You can cancel after your very first delivery if you wish — there are no penalties, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitment period. We believe the product earns your loyalty; we never try to trap it. Cancel from your account dashboard in under 30 seconds.
Yes. When adding to cart, select Gift a Subscription and enter the recipient's delivery address and contact details. You can prepay for 1, 3, or 6 months. The recipient receives a confirmation with their login link and can manage delivery preferences from their own account. A digital gift note can be included at checkout.
