However, if something goes wrong — whether due to quality issues, a damaged delivery, or an error on our part — we will make it right. No unnecessary hurdles, no back-and-forth. We stand behind every order.

24-hour quality guarantee. If your order does not meet our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will issue a full refund or replacement — your choice.

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, the following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Products that have been opened, used, stored incorrectly, or tampered with after delivery
  • Quality complaints submitted more than 24 hours after delivery without prior notice
  • Damage caused by improper storage at the customer's end (e.g., eggs left unrefrigerated for extended periods)
  • Change of mind or preference after an order has been dispatched
  • Subscription deliveries where the cancellation window (48 hours before billing) was missed
  • Promotional or gift orders that are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
Food safety note: Due to FSSAI guidelines, we are unable to accept physical returns of food products. All refund assessments are based on photographic evidence provided within the claim window.

How to Raise a Refund

Our refund process is simple and fast. Follow these steps:

Report within 24 hours
Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 89292 96352) or email (hello@nouriqwellness.com) within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Mention your order number and describe the issue.

Share photographic evidence
Send clear photographs of the affected product, the packaging, and (if applicable) the delivery label. This helps us assess the issue quickly and improve our processes.

We review & confirm within 4 hours
Our customer support team reviews your claim and responds within 4 business hours. For clear-cut cases (e.g., broken eggs on arrival), approval is typically instant.

Choose your resolution
You may choose a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement delivery on your next scheduled date, or store credit for future orders.

Refund processed
Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (see timelines below).

Refund Timelines

Once your refund is approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, in line with Razorpay and your bank's standard processing timelines. Indicative timelines by payment method are below:

All refunds are processed through Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's and your bank's processing times. Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days. If you do not see your refund within this window, please contact your bank before reaching out to us, as bank processing can occasionally take longer.

Order Cancellations

Because we prepare and dispatch our fresh products on a strict timed schedule, cancellation windows are limited:

  • Before order processing begins: Full refund. You can cancel a one-time order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
  • After dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once your order is out for delivery. Please plan your orders accordingly.
  • Failed delivery attempts: If you are unavailable to receive a perishable delivery and the delivery partner cannot leave it safely, a refund may not be issued as the product cannot be returned to the farm.

To cancel a recent order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 89292 96352 or call our support line. Do not use email for time-sensitive cancellations.

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription management is handled through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team:

  • Cancellation before billing cutoff (48h): Cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date to prevent the next charge. No refund is needed — you simply won't be charged.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of billing: One final charge and delivery will be completed. This delivery is subject to our standard 24-hour quality guarantee.
  • Pausing a subscription: You can pause for 1–4 weeks from your dashboard. Paused weeks are not charged.
  • Refund on pre-paid subscription: If you have pre-paid for multiple weeks and cancel early, unused weeks are refunded to your original payment method minus any subscription discount already applied.
Subscription discounts are valid only for active subscribers. If you cancel and re-subscribe, pricing reverts to the current publicly available rate. We cannot reinstate previously held discounted rates.
