Orders placed before 8 PM are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 8 PM are delivered in two days. Delivery windows are 8 AM – 8 PM at your pincode. Subscription deliveries follow the day of the week you selected at signup. We dispatch from the farm the same morning as delivery — so what arrives is freshly packed, not sitting in a warehouse.
Our delivery executive will attempt to leave the package with building security, a neighbour, or in a designated safe spot if you've added instructions to your order. If delivery fails entirely, we will contact you via SMS and WhatsApp to reschedule at no extra charge. Undelivered perishable orders are subject to our Refund Policy — please ensure someone is available or leave clear instructions.
All subscription deliveries are free — no minimum order, no delivery fee per dispatch. One-time (non-subscription) orders are free above ₹299; a nominal ₹29 convenience fee applies on orders below ₹299. During sale events or promotional periods, delivery conditions may vary — these will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Freshness & Storage
How fresh your NOURIQ products are, and how to keep them that way.
Eggs are collected at our farm every morning, graded, and packed the same day. They are dispatched for next-day delivery, meaning you typically receive eggs within 24–48 hours of collection. We cold-chain from the farm itself — not from a distribution warehouse. For context, supermarket eggs are typically 7–14 days old at the point of purchase.
Store eggs in your refrigerator (4–7°C) and consume within 21 days of the date printed on the box. Keep them in the original carton — eggshells are porous and absorb odours from other foods. Because our eggs arrive within 48 hours of collection, your actual home shelf window is significantly longer than supermarket eggs despite the same 21-day print date.
Yes — consistently. The yolk is deeper orange (indicating higher carotenoid and Vitamin A content), the white is firmer, and the flavour is richer. These are direct results of feed quality, open-run housing, and how recently the egg was laid — not subjective impressions. The difference is most noticeable in preparations where the egg is the star: poached, soft-boiled, or fried simply in butter.
We pack carefully, but rare transit damage can occur. Please photograph the damaged egg(s) and WhatsApp the photo to us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 89292 96352 with your Order ID. Subscriptions
Managing your recurring NOURIQ plan.
Log in to your NOURIQ account, go to My Subscriptions, and select Pause. You choose the duration — from 1 week to 3 months. You will not be charged during a paused period. Your subscription resumes automatically on the date you set, or you can restart manually from your dashboard at any time.
Yes — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fees, no phone calls required. Cancel from My Subscriptions → Cancel Plan in under 30 seconds. Cancellation takes effect after your current billing cycle. If you cancel after your next dispatch has already been prepared, that delivery will still proceed; the one after it will not. See our Subscription page for full flexibility details.
Yes to both. Go to My Subscriptions → Edit Plan to switch between Classic 6, Classic 12, and Family 30, or to change from weekly to fortnightly or monthly. Changes apply from your next billing cycle. If you need an urgent same-cycle change, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll adjust it manually.
Yes. Under Upcoming Deliveries in your account, tap Skip This Delivery next to the relevant order. This must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled dispatch time. Skipping one delivery does not affect your future schedule — the following delivery proceeds as normal. You are not charged for a skipped delivery.
You are charged on the day of dispatch — not at the start of a billing period. You receive an SMS and email 24 hours before each charge, giving you time to skip if needed. Payment is processed via Razorpay using the card or UPI method saved at signup. Failed payments trigger two retry attempts before your subscription is temporarily paused.

What we sell, how it's raised, and what makes it different.
It means our eggs are tested by a NABL-accredited independent laboratory for antibiotic residues and the result is zero. We do not use antibiotics prophylactically (added to feed as routine prevention). Animals are treated clinically only if there is a documented medical need, and those batches are withheld from sale. Testing happens per batch — not annually or on request. See our Nutrition Science page for full certification details.
We currently offer three pack sizes: Classic 6 (ideal for couples or light users), Classic 12 (most popular for a 2–3 person household), and Family 30 (best value for families or high-consumption households). All packs contain the same product — the price per egg is lower in larger packs. Subscription subscribers get an additional 15% off all sizes.
Yes. All NOURIQ eggs are unfertilised. Our hens are not kept with roosters, so there is no possibility of embryo development. Unfertilised eggs are widely accepted as vegetarian by most dietary standards in India, including FSSAI classification. They are a key protein and B12 source for lacto-ovo vegetarians.
Two NOURIQ eggs provide approximately 13–14 g of complete protein (all 9 essential amino acids), 400–500 mg Omega-3, ~80–100 IU Vitamin D, 1.4–1.8 µg Vitamin B12, 290–320 mg Choline, and 28–34 µg Selenium — all measurably higher than conventional eggs due to our flaxseed-enriched diet and open-run farming. Payments
Payment methods, billing, and invoice queries.
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), Net Banking, and NOURIQ wallet credits. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available. All transactions are secured by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Yes. A tax invoice is automatically emailed to your registered email address after every successful delivery. If you need a GST invoice with your company's GSTIN, add your GST number under Account → Billing Details before placing your order. For past orders, email billing@nouriq.in with your Order ID and GSTIN and we'll issue a revised invoice within 48 hours.
If money was debited but no order confirmation was received, the payment likely failed at the gateway and the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days by Razorpay. If it has not reversed after 7 days, email billing@nouriq.in with the transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the same order until confirmed — you may be double-charged.
Enter your promo code in the Apply Coupon field on the cart page before proceeding to checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total immediately. Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and are not applicable on subscription orders that already carry the 15% subscription discount. Expired codes will not apply — contact us on WhatsApp if your valid code isn't working.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy and how to raise a refund request.
We offer a 24-hour quality guarantee. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a compromised condition, raise a request within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. You do not need to return the item — we'll replace or refund based on your preference. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable goods. Once your refund request is approved (typically within 24 hours of submission), the timeline depends on your payment method: UPI refunds arrive within 1–3 business days; Debit/Credit Card refunds take 5–7 business days; Net Banking refunds take 3–5 business days. NOURIQ wallet credits are processed instantly and can be used on your next order.
We apologise for the error. Please photograph the item you received and WhatsApp us at +91 89292 96352 with your Order ID within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement delivery of the correct item at no charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer. Wrong-item errors are treated as priority cases — we aim to resolve them within the same business day.
